Delivery and Shipping
At GiftsByAdetutu, we recognise how crucial it is for you to receive your items promptly and with peace of mind. To ensure you have complete control over the delivery of your orders, we exclusively use the Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. This premium service provides you with real-time tracking updates for your parcel, giving you the freedom to manage its delivery. Should you anticipate being away, the service also offers the flexibility to designate a secure location for your parcel to be left.
For an enhanced delivery experience, we highly recommend downloading the Royal Mail Track and Trace App. This app puts the power of managing the safe arrival of your sweets right at your fingertips, offering full visibility and control over your parcel's journey to you. Trust in GiftsByAdetutu Team to ensure your items arrive safely and conveniently, every time.

Events beyond our control:
Once your parcels leave our facility, we no longer have direct control over any potential delays. However, we are more than happy to liaise with the courier on your behalf for status updates on your parcel. Please understand that events outside our control, such as extreme weather conditions, may occasionally lead to delayed deliveries. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please note that our liability in such events is limited to the price of the goods ordered and the cost of delivery. We strongly recommend placing your order a few weeks before any important events to allow for any unforeseen delays and to give us ample time to resolve any issues.
Delayed / Lost:
If you experience any delays with your shipment, please report them to us, and we will communicate with the courier to obtain a status update. Once we receive an update from the courier, we will provide a replacement order or refund at our discretion. Please be aware that delayed parcels can sometimes take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. However, if your parcel is still undelivered after 30 days, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
If you urgently require replacement items, you are welcome to place a replacement order on our website. In this case, please notify us before placing the replacement order, and we will gladly refund the express service costs. Please note that refunds or replacements will be issued once the courier locates the parcel, it is returned to us, or if it is declared lost or damaged by the courier.
Incorrect Delivery Address:
Should you discover an error or omission in your delivery address, please contact us at the earliest convenience. You can reach us at 07960853578, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are here to correct any mistakes promptly. However, please be aware that if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to alter the delivery details. Under these circumstances, the parcel typically cannot be delivered and will be returned to us.
Upon its return, we will promptly get in touch with you to organise the re-dispatch of your order. It's important to note that re-sending your order will incur an additional postage fee (for the customer). Our aim is to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution to any such issues, keeping you informed and satisfied every step of the way.
Furthermore, it's crucial to understand that the responsibility of providing the correct delivery address lies with you, the customer. GiftsByAdetutu Ltd cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels caused by incorrectly addressed details provided by you, the customer. This policy underscores the importance of double-checking your delivery information at the time of order placement to prevent any potential delivery issues.
